Melissa, a loving mother, grandmother, and sister, was known as the backbone of her family and a source of strength for all who knew her.
She leaves behind her mother, Thelma Sweany, her daughters Thelma Ragan (Bowling) and Amanda Grajales (McIntosh), as well as five grandchildren, Cassidy Pack, Chester Quillen, Cristian Mikel Gomes, Adrien Rober Lee Mackintosh, and Bryan Xavier Grajales. Melissa is also survived by her brother, Marshall Bowling, and her sister-in-law, Stacey.
