He worked as a Video Director and Camera Operator at Sunset Church, and in his youth, he was a talented singer, participating in the A Cappella Choir at Rex Putnam High School. He continued his music studies at Mt. Hood Community College and Portland State University. A private and spiritual individual, Mark found solace in his strong faith and cherished his social time at his local tavern.
