Louis, a devoted father to two young daughters, Zola and Zendaya, was known for his infectious sense of humor and his unwavering kindness toward everyone he met.
Louis joined the Windsor Police Department in September 2021 after proudly serving in the U.S. Army. He was admired by his colleagues and made a lasting impact on those who knew him. His love for cars and his deep affection for his family were some of the most cherished aspects of his life.
