Keri Arnold, Ivins, UT—The Ivins community is heartbroken as they come to terms with the loss of Keri Arnold, who passed away on August 12th, 2024. Keri was a cherished wife, known for her caring heart, selfless nature, and radiant smile, traits that endeared her to everyone she met.
Earlier this year, in March 2024, Keri was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Despite her valiant efforts, including undergoing immunotherapy, a double mastectomy, and a hysterectomy, Keri’s health took a devastating turn. Two weeks ago, she was admitted to the hospital with severe symptoms, where it was discovered that the cancer had aggressively spread to her liver. Despite the medical team’s best efforts, her condition rapidly worsened, and she passed away peacefully, holding the hand of her beloved husband, Clark.
Keri’s passing has left her family not only in deep emotional grief but also facing significant financial burdens due to the overwhelming medical bills and unexpected funeral expenses. To support the family during this difficult time, a fundraiser organized by Maggen Allred has been set up. So far, $3,435 has been raised towards the $10,000 goal, with contributions from 38 kind-hearted donors, including a top donation of $500 from Brandon Ence.
The community is rallying around Clark and the family, offering both emotional and financial support. Any donation, regardless of size, is greatly appreciated and will help ease the financial strain on the Arnold family.
We extend our deepest sympathies to Clark and the entire Arnold family during this incredibly difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
