Kenneth "Kenny" Herzig, Pahrump, NV — It is with deep sadness that we report the passing of Kenneth (Kenny) Herzig. After a courageous battle with cancer for over a year, including surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation, Kenny passed away peacefully in his sleep on the morning of November 4th, 2024.
Kenny was known for his unique sense of humor and playful personality, which endeared him to all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He spent over 20 years as part of many people’s lives, becoming like family to those around him. His infectious spirit and good-natured nature left an impact that will not be easily forgotten.
He is survived by his wife, Donna, who, despite her dedication to caring for Kenny during his illness, has limited income. Due to his inability to work during his extended period of illness, his passing has left the family with financial challenges, particularly related to funeral expenses. A GoFundMe campaign has been organized by Megan Herrera to assist with the costs of Kenny’s cremation and other related expenses. The fundraising goal is to alleviate some of the burdens during this difficult time.
