Keith "Keebee" Chugs, Rockville, MD — Keith "Keebee" Chugs passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 25, leaving his family and friends in deep sorrow. He was a graduate of Richard Montgomery High School and was known for his infectious laughter, kind spirit, and bright smile that could light up any room.
Keith was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, always putting others before himself and offering support to those in need. Kathy Mitchell, a family member, expressed the heartbreak felt by the family on Facebook: "My sweet nephew. We are beyond heartbroken. If anyone is able to help with any of the overwhelming expenses, it would mean so much to us all. Keebee wanted to be buried next to his lifelong best friend who just passed away less than a month ago. He could not deal with his immense pain and heartbreak."
