Joseph Lee Worthington Patterson, a beloved husband, father, and dedicated provider, passed away after a series of heart attacks that tragically ended his life on October 2nd. The community of Gastonia, NC, and his loved ones are heartbroken by his passing.
Joe suffered multiple heart attacks on September 28th, and on the following day, it was determined that he had very little brain activity. He was kept on life support until October 2nd to facilitate organ donation, and his final moments were spent surrounded by those closest to him.
At 42 years old, Joseph leaves behind his devoted wife, Tiffany, to whom he was married for 27 years, along with their three children, Joseph (18), Hailey (14), and Maximus (6). Tiffany and the children are overwhelmed with grief and are now faced with the challenge of moving forward without Joe, who was the cornerstone of their family.
A fundraiser organized by Tabitha Tant has been set up to help Tiffany with funeral costs and to allow her the time and space to focus on her children during this heartbreaking time. The family is deeply appreciative of any support provided.
Joseph’s passing has left an irreplaceable void in the hearts of his family, friends, and the wider community. As they gather to remember the love and joy he brought to their lives, they find comfort in the belief that he is at peace and that they will be reunited one day.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Tiffany, their children, and all those who are mourning the loss of Joseph Lee Worthington Patterson.
