James E. Strong—James Edward Strong, originally from Montgomery, Alabama, recently passed away, leaving his loved ones mourning his loss. Known for his passion for cars and his generosity toward others, James lived much of his life in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. His family is now working to bring him back to New York, the place he called home, for his final resting place.

James was a man whose love for cars went far beyond a simple hobby. He built his own race cars and was often found racing through the streets, driven by a love for speed and adventure. His passion extended beyond cars, as he was known for his big heart and commitment to helping those in need. James frequently cooked meals and collected food for the homeless, ensuring those less fortunate were cared for.

Outside of his community efforts, James enjoyed attending car shows, going for peaceful walks in the park, and staying in touch with friends and family through long phone conversations. He made it a priority to ensure everyone around him felt valued and supported.

Now, his family, led by Earl Strong, has set up a fundraiser to help cover the costs of bringing James back to New York for his final rest. Earl is asking for the community’s help to honor James’ memory and provide him the peace he deserves.
