Heba El Hosary, Tuttlingen, Germany— The community is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Heba El Hosary, a devoted mother of eight and beloved wife, who passed away in September 2023 after a brief, but severe battle with cancer. At the age of 42, Heba’s life was tragically cut short by gallbladder cancer, which spread aggressively to her liver despite intensive chemotherapy treatments.
Heba’s death has left her family in a state of profound grief and financial distress. She leaves behind her husband Adel El Hosary and their eight children—four daughters and four sons. The youngest of her children is only seven years old, while her eldest daughter is in her early twenties.
In addition to the emotional toll, the family faces serious financial challenges. The family’s father has been on sick leave since Heba’s death and struggles to manage the remaining mortgage on their home. To make matters worse, he has incurred a debt of approximately €7,000 in Egypt for the funeral expenses.
To support the family during this difficult time, Kinderarztpraxis Tuttlingen has launched a fundraiser to cover funeral costs and alleviate some of the financial burden. As of now, the fundraiser has raised €360 out of its goal.
