George Wolfenden, Fairless Hills, PA— George Wolfenden passed away recently after a courageous battle with cancer, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness. He was a cherished brother, father, uncle, and friend to many, known for his big heart and the profound impact he had on everyone around him.
George’s family, friends, and colleagues remember him as a man who truly valued his relationships, both with his biological family and those he considered his chosen family. He dedicated himself to supporting those he cared about, with a genuine, selfless nature that made him loved by all who knew him.
Known for his role as a laborer at Active Radiator, George found immense joy in the camaraderie of his coworkers. Outside of work, he enjoyed a variety of hobbies, including playing video games like Dead by Daylight, creating virtual worlds in The Sims, and indulging in his love for art, music, and playing guitar. His time in the band "Afterbirth" was particularly special to him, as he cherished the memories of singing (and screaming) along to their songs while playing guitar.
Despite his many interests, George’s greatest treasure was his two sons, George and Mark, whom he loved dearly and often spoke about with pride. His passing has left a void in the lives of those who knew him, but his memory will undoubtedly live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
A fundraiser has been organized by William Deininger to help cover funeral expenses, as George did not have life insurance to support these costs. With contributions from generous donors, including a top donation of $500 from Edward Ormsby, the community is rallying to ensure George’s life is honored in a way that reflects the love and joy he brought to so many.
Our thoughts and prayers are with George Wolfenden’s family during this difficult time, and we extend our deepest condolences to all who loved him.
