Despite having no prior heart-related conditions, her health challenges, including cerebral palsy and hearing loss, made it impossible for her to survive the attack despite valiant efforts to save her.
Her children, Melissa Echeverria and her brother, are now left to manage her final arrangements. Eulalia, who had been forced to retire years ago due to her health, lived on a fixed income and had limited savings, which leaves her family struggling to cover funeral expenses. Melissa, in a heartfelt tribute, has started a fundraiser to help fulfill her mother’s last wishes.
