Elzie Kenneth "Ken" Hall Jr., a beloved member of the Jeffersonville, IN community, passed away at his residence on Saturday, October 5, 2024. Ken was 52 years old. Born on December 18, 1971, in Louisville, KY, Ken spent many years as an auto mechanic, a career that suited his love for working with his hands. Ken was well-known for his love of Marvel comic books, coin collecting, fishing, and most importantly, for cherishing time with his family.
Ken is survived by his mother, Anna L. Baugh-Hall, and his children: Jessica Ann Hall, Jake Douglas Hall, and Kenneth Nathanel Hall. He was also a proud grandfather to Mason Hall, Abigail Kazlo, and Love Gregory. His family also includes his siblings, Freda Gayle Gregory (Kenny) and Kristie Amburgery, along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
In addition to his father, Elzie K. Hall Sr., Ken was preceded in death by his brother, Adam Taylor. Despite these losses, Ken’s legacy of love for family and the cherished memories he created with them will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
A fundraiser has been organized by Amanda Blair in honor of Ken’s life, with proceeds benefiting Anna Hall to assist with funeral expenses. Calling hours for Ken will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Chapman Funeral Home in Clarksville, IN, followed by a funeral service at 1 p.m. Interment will be at New Chapel Cemetery at a later date.
The community is invited to show their support and help honor Ken’s memory through donations and shared memories. His legacy of love, family, and kindness will forever be remembered.
We offer our deepest condolences to the Hall family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
