Donald Hall, Fresno, CA— Donald Hall passed away recently, leaving a deep sense of loss in the hearts of his family and community. Known for his infectious smile, kindness, and unwavering faith, he was a cherished father, grandfather, and friend.
Donald was predeceased by his beloved wife Margaret, with whom he shared 65 and a half years of marriage. He was also preceded in death by his daughter Julia and son-in-law Jerry Markey. Donald’s passing has left behind his three children, Donald and Jo Hall of Dinuba, Craig and Carolyn Strohl of Clovis, and Jim and Mary Dotson of Barstow. He also leaves behind nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren who will carry his memory forward.
Craig N Joseph Soliz-Strohl, his grandson, organized a fundraiser to assist with the funeral and burial costs. So far, the campaign has raised $120, with generous donations from Jennifer Sinohui and Rebecca Diaz. The funeral is scheduled for December 11, 2024, with a viewing at 8:30 AM at Reade and Sons in Fresno, followed by a graveside service at Clovis Cemetery at 10:00 AM. A celebration of life and luncheon will follow at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Worship Center in Fresno.
