Dave MacDonald, Rockland, ME— Dave MacDonald recently passed away, leaving a community in mourning. Known for his zest for life and contributions to the lobstering and fishing industry, Dave was also deeply involved in sports and mineral mining in Western Maine. His generosity and social nature endeared him to many.
To support his daughters Katie and Danessa with medical and funeral expenses, a fundraiser organized by Michelle Ubbelohde and Katie MacDonald has been set up. Currently, $700 has been raised of the $1,500 goal through four donations.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 14 from 4:00 – 6:00 pm at Ada’s Kitchen in Rockland, ME. The event will feature light fare and a chance for friends and family to share memories and honor Dave’s vibrant spirit.
