Seeking answers, she went to the police, only to learn that others had filed similar complaints. The company had declared bankruptcy, and a police investigation is now underway. Unfortunately, the process is expected to take years, and Nicole was advised to file a civil lawsuit—a costly option she cannot afford.
Nicole, who receives Bürgergeld, struggles with mental health issues, including anxiety and depression. She is now appealing for help through a fundraiser she organized, titled "For ever Dario RIP mein geliebter Sohn," aiming to raise €1,400 to afford the grave plaque Dario deserves. As of now, the fundraiser has received €335 from 23 donations, with contributions from generous individuals like Dennis Oderwald and Osman Ersal.
