Christian Isaiah Gaither, Salisbury, NC—With deep sadness, it has been announced that Christian Isaiah Gaither, fondly known as Isaiah, passed away unexpectedly on September 21, 2024, at the age of 28. His sudden passing has left a tremendous void in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who knew him. Isaiah, also affectionately called "Scrams" by his Nanny, was a beloved son, brother, father, and friend whose vibrant spirit will be sorely missed.
A fundraiser has been set up by Stephanie Watkins to support the Gaither and Arnold family during this difficult time. The funds raised will go towards Isaiah’s funeral and burial expenses, helping to give him the peaceful farewell he deserves. Any additional donations will provide ongoing support to his family as they navigate this heartbreaking loss. Contributions have already started coming in, with Natasha Myers, Angela Holland, and an anonymous donor among the early supporters.
The community has shown an outpouring of love and support through heartfelt social media tributes. On Facebook, Angela Holland shared a plea to donate and expressed her sorrow, saying, "Isaiah you will be missed." Tracey Arnold, a well-known figure in the local youth community, was also remembered in the posts, as T Dawg wrote, "Let’s show him some love & support in his and his family’s time of bereavement!"
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Gaither and Arnold families during this incredibly difficult time. May Christian Isaiah Gaither rest in peace, and may his loved ones find comfort in the love and support surrounding them.
