Chris Gudino, Surprise, AZ— Chris Gudino passed away on December 18, 2024, after a sudden and unforeseen health battle. His passing has left his family and community in profound shock.
Chris, just 41 years old, had been in good health his entire life. However, his condition took a tragic turn after an autoimmune disorder became suddenly active. Despite his best efforts and a strong fight, he passed away early in the morning on December 18.
Chris is remembered for his deep love for his family, including his wife Lisa, and their two children, Nate (16) and Addy (12). He was the heart of his household, always present at his children’s events, from football games to cheerleading performances, and was an active supporter in their lives. His social media pages were often filled with proud moments, showcasing his unwavering support for Nate’s football achievements and Addy’s cheerleading.
For the last 15 years, Chris worked at Bidadoo, where he rose from a Yard Rep to National Director of Safety. His colleagues were like family to him, and his commitment to his work and the people around him was evident. At home, Chris took on numerous roles, from making dinner to handling the family’s transportation and finances. His dedication to his family was unmatched, ensuring everything ran smoothly as Lisa pursued her full-time job and degree.
Chris’s love for life and celebration was contagious. He went all out for holidays, adorning the house with Christmas lights, organizing a haunted house for Halloween, and hosting elaborate fireworks shows for the 4th of July. He made sure every celebration was unforgettable for those around him.
Now, Lisa, Nate, and Addy are left to navigate life without their husband and father. A fundraiser has been organized to assist with immediate expenses, as Chris handled the family’s finances. The community has shown tremendous support, with donations already pouring in.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Lisa, Nate, Addy, and all who were touched by Chris’s kindness and generosity.
We are deeply saddened by the passing of Chris Gudino. May his family find comfort in the love and support of those around them during this incredibly difficult time.
