Brian Robinson, Wellington, CO—Brian Robinson passed away recently, leaving the community in mourning. Brian had been courageously living with a rare autoimmune disorder for over twelve years. Known for his positive outlook, infectious smile, and wonderful sense of humor, Brian was a cherished husband and father.
On Saturday, July 27, 2024, Brian was taken to the hospital with severe abdominal pain, low blood pressure, and low body temperature. Despite the best efforts of medical staff, he suffered multi-system organ failure and passed away less than 14 hours after his arrival. Brian’s passing has left a significant void in the lives of his family and friends.
Brian is survived by his wife, Wendy, and their two sons, Brendon and Braden. Wendy and the boys are now facing the daunting task of coping with their loss while dealing with lingering medical expenses and the costs associated with his memorial.
In an effort to support Wendy and her sons, a fundraiser has been organized by Lea Ann Robinson. The campaign aims to raise $10,000 to help with the medical costs, memorial expenses, and to publish Brian’s recently completed memoir. As of now, $750 has been raised through the kind contributions of three donors: $100 from an anonymous donor, $50 from Charlotte Harsha, and $600 from Elizabeth Sovie.
The community has been encouraged to keep the Robinson family in their thoughts and prayers. Those who can donate are asked to contribute to help alleviate the financial burden faced by Wendy and her sons during this difficult time.
We are deeply saddened to learn of Brian Robinson’s passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this challenging period.
