Brandi White, Carrollton, GA—The Carrollton community is coming together to support the family of Brandi White, who recently passed away. Brandi battled Carcinoid Cancer for several years, enduring numerous surgeries and treatments, including a Bowel Reduction and a Colostomy Bag. In January 2023, her condition worsened as the cancer aggressively returned, leading to a long and painful fight.
On August 13th, 2024, Brandi suffered a cardiac arrest that left her without oxygen for 50 minutes. She was rushed to TMC ER, where she was intubated and fell into a deep coma. Despite the best efforts of the medical team, Brandi suffered severe, irreversible brain damage. Understanding her wishes, her family made the heartbreaking decision to let her go.
Brandi leaves behind her husband, James White, affectionately known as Skipper, and her three daughters, Dakota, Kylee, and Madalyn. The family is now faced with the overwhelming challenge of covering funeral expenses without the support of health or life insurance.
To assist the White family during this difficult time, Brandi’s close friend, Julie Eckert, has organized a fundraiser. With a goal of $10,000, the fundraiser aims to help the family give Brandi the funeral she deserves. As of now, the fundraiser has yet to receive its first donation, but the community’s support is crucial in helping them through this tragic loss.
The community is urged to offer their support, whether through donations or by sharing the fundraiser, to help ease the financial burden on the White family.
We extend our deepest sympathies to the White family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this heartbreaking time.
