Bo Varnish, Johnstown, PA—Bo Varnish passed away on Monday, August 18, after a courageous battle with cancer. He is remembered for his deep passion for cars and motorcycles, which began in his childhood and continued throughout his life. Bo once owned Brickyard Auto and for a short time managed Roberts Bar and Grill, both well-known establishments in the community.
Bo is survived by his mother, Deborah Yarnick, and his daughter, Kirsten Varnish. He is also survived by his brother, Parrish Varnish, and his sister, Alicia Varnish, as well as a large extended family of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. His niece, Brynnlee Ryann, brought him great joy, often making him laugh even during his most challenging times. Bo was preceded in death by his father, Robert Varnish Sr., and his brother, Corbin.
A fundraiser has been organized by his mother, Deborah Yarnick, to help cover the costs of Bo’s funeral. The goal is set at $6,500, with donations being accepted directly through GoFundMe or via the Hindman Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. in Johnstown, PA.
