Autria Angel Love—The Tazewell community is grieving the loss of Autria Angel Love. After a long and arduous health battle, she has sadly passed away, leaving behind a heartbroken family and community.
Autria’s journey began on June 12, 2024, when she experienced a severe fall at her residence. Her health rapidly declined due to multiple complications, including diabetes, sepsis, renal and respiratory failures, and a series of surgeries. Despite the efforts of her healthcare team and the love and support of her family, her condition worsened, and she ultimately had to be placed on life support. The family made the difficult decision to remove her from life support, allowing her to pass peacefully.
In this time of sorrow, her daughter, Yusheilkia Jenkins, has organized a fundraiser to help cover the funeral expenses and lay Autria to rest. So far, $300 has been raised out of the $10,000 goal, thanks to generous donations from Carlos Rodgers, Lamalle Jenkins, Cyndi Mayes, and Chanta Whitlow.
The community’s support during this time is deeply appreciated, as the family navigates the painful process of saying goodbye to a cherished mother, friend, and loved one. The love and care that surrounded Autria in life will continue to be a comfort to those she leaves behind.
