Amanda will be remembered for her radiant spirit, infectious laughter, and unwavering work ethic. She was known for bringing joy and a touch of chaos to everyone around her, lighting up any room she entered. She is survived by her parents, Yvonne Arispe-Guzman and Bret Guzman, her siblings Ariel Ray Guzman-Trevino and April Kay Guzman, along with her brother-in-law William Trevino, and her devoted grandmother Mary Ann Vera. She was preceded in death by several close family members, including her great-grandparents and beloved grandparents.
In her final year, Amanda embraced life fully, traveling to places like New Orleans, Chicago, Greece, and Colorado. She enjoyed gaming, streaming on Twitch, and attending live concerts, particularly the ones with her best friend Josh and brother-in-law William. Amanda had a deep love for nature, frequently spending time outdoors on hunting and fishing trips, and tending to her indoor and outdoor plants, which brought her peace.
A celebration of her life will be held on December 13, 2024, at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home in San Antonio, TX, from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Family and friends are invited to come together to honor her memory and the joy she shared with everyone she encountered.
