Alan Michael Cook, England— It is with deep sadness that we report the passing of Alan Michael Cook, affectionately known as "Cookie," who passed away on October 27, 2024, surrounded by his family. Alan leaves behind his loving wife, Nicki, and their three sons, Connor, Robbie, and Dylan.
Alan was known for his kind and caring nature, particularly in his work with adults with learning difficulties. His dedication to helping others was evident throughout his life. He was always the first to offer a helping hand, despite his own health struggles, right up until the end. His family and friends will forever remember him for his quick wit, infectious humor, and his passion for life. He was a devoted fan of heavy metal rock & roll, his football team, Liverpool, and cherished time spent with his pets.
In addition to being a loving husband and father, Alan was a friend to many, known for his entertaining and often humorous banter, which would brighten any room. A fundraiser has been set up by Kelly Fletcher to help Alan’s family with funeral expenses and to provide support during this difficult time. So far, £80 has been raised through the generous contributions of friends and loved ones.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Nicki, the boys, and all those who were fortunate enough to know Alan during this incredibly difficult time.
May Alan rest in peace, and may his family find comfort in the memories and love he leaves behind.
