Aliyah described Qayyum as a kind soul who smiled often, made jokes during stressful times, supported family and friends, and placed others before self.
The fundraiser, created for funerals and memorials, has raised €14,308 toward a €12K goal with 730 donations, while the page also displayed 0% complete.
Aliyah said the effort will help the family with funeral expenses as loved ones face deep grief following the unforeseen loss.
