Joshua Strunk, 22-Year-Old Pinellas Park Motorcyclist, Remembered After Fatal St. Petersburg Left-Turn Crash
Joshua Strunk, 22, of Pinellas Park, died after a late Tuesday night crash on June 2, 2026, in western St. Petersburg.
The crash happened just before 10 p.m. at Tyrone Boulevard and 21st Avenue North, a busy area near shops and residential streets.
Investigators said Strunk rode a gray Suzuki motorcycle when a Ford F-150 traveling east attempted a left turn onto Tyrone Boulevard.
Police said the truck driver failed to yield and entered the motorcycle’s path.
Emergency crews took Strunk to a nearby hospital, where medical staff later pronounced Strunk dead.
The Ford F-150 driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators as officials continued reviewing the circumstances.
