Debbie Mifsud Remembered After Sudden Passing On May 24 As Family Receives Support Through Memorial Fund
Debbie Mifsud passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on May 24, 2026, leaving family, friends, and loved ones mourning a deeply cherished presence.
Debbie was remembered as a devoted parent to Mary Catherine, a loving grandparent to Audrey and Elvis, a caring child to MaryAnn, a beloved sibling to 3 younger brothers, and a treasured aunt.
Over the past year, Debbie faced major health challenges, including a broken femur that required hospitalization, rehabilitation, and two months away from work.
Earlier in 2026, Debbie also underwent heart surgery with a stent placed to clear a blockage, followed by 8 weeks of rehabilitation and a committed recovery effort.
Angela Lucia-Wroblewski created a fundraiser on May 30, 2026, for Mary Pier to help with bills, home expenses, and memorial costs.
The fundraiser had raised $2,475 of a $20K goal through 16 donations.
