Brian McKenna, 62, Tragically Killed in Center Valley Parkway Crash, Remembered as a Kind and Dependable Soul
Brian McKenna, a 62-year-old from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on Sunday, March 22, 2026, in a devastating crash on Center Valley Parkway.
Just before 11 a.m., emergency responders were called to the scene of a multi-vehicle collision in Upper Saucon Township. McKenna, who was driving a 2020 Tesla, tragically veered across the median and collided with oncoming traffic. The crash caused a chain reaction, injuring several others and halting traffic in both directions.
Despite the heroic efforts of first responders, McKenna was pronounced dead at the scene. Three other individuals involved in the crash sustained varying degrees of injury and were transported to nearby hospitals.
Those who knew McKenna describe him as a kind and quiet man who always made others feel seen and valued. “He had a way of making you feel comfortable, always offering a kind word or a warm smile,” said a friend.
The Upper Saucon Township Police Department is continuing to investigate the crash, and an autopsy is expected to help determine the cause of death. McKenna’s family has asked for privacy as they mourn his sudden loss.
